All our SIA licensed door supervisors are smart, professional and knowledgeable.
All of our SIA licensed Door Supervisors have experience of:
- Crowd Control & Entrance Management
- Risk assessing individuals entering events and licensed premises
- Handling anti social behaviour and deescalating trouble in a calm and professional manner
- Liaising with venue and event management
- Liaising with staff as well as emergency services if and when required.
Our Door Supervisors don’t just stand there and look good………they possess good customer service skills and knowledge of health & safety regulations and licensing laws. They are able to make quick decisions responding appropriately to the situations as they occur.
All of our Door Supervisors hold a relevant Door Supervision qualification and have undergone all necessary criminality checks.
Our SIA staff all undergo COVID awareness training and will always be fully conversant with the legislation in place at the time of each task.
